What data we process
The data you give us in the contact form: name, company, email, phone, website, areas of interest, approximate budget, preferred language and your message. If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, also browsing data, as explained in the cookie policy. We do not ask for special categories of data; please do not include them in your message.
Why we use it
To answer your request for information, prepare a proposal if you ask for one and keep in touch about it. With your consent, to measure how the site is used and how effective our campaigns are. We do not make automated decisions that affect you.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box in the form or accept cookies (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation). If we sign a contract, the basis will be the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before.
How long we keep it
While we handle your request and, if we do not end up working together, for up to 12 months from the last contact. If you become a client, for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law.
Who else has access
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Our web hosting and email providers may access it as processors, under contract and only to provide those services. If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, Google Ireland Limited will process browsing data as described in the cookie policy.
International transfers
Form data stays in the European Economic Area. Google tools, which are only activated with your consent, may involve transfers to Google LLC (United States), which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to pregunta@lalai.es. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority in your country.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
